Everyone is welcome to join our workouts.
Zookinesis is a mild exercise designed to bring youthful vitality back to the body. This program works on all parts of the body, restoring muscle tone and strength, joint strength and flexibility as well as improved breathing and concentration.  

Stirring the Inkwell
Wednesday, June 1 : 6:45-8:00 p.m.
Develop, explore & celebrate your literary gifts with a monthly creative writing workshop.  This group is safe, fun, and no writing experience is necessary.  All supplies will be provided, but you are wlecome to bring a favourite pen and notebook.  Laptops are welcome.
NOTE: This is not a crituque group - you do not have to share your work.

Chakra & Colour Energy
Monday, May 16 : 7:00-8:30 p.m.

This session is all about the 7 major Chakras, from music, colour, and aromatherapy to emotions and how it all flows together to help us balance our human physical journey with the mind, ego and spiritual awakening.  The visual presentation includes Alice's Fractal Art channelled to inspire meditative practice for balancing each Chakra.
Colour energy works across the spectrum with Chakras, healing and human life force energy to aid balance and healing on many levels.  Colour energies of crystals, essential oils and other resources will be discussed withing the presentation.

Learn To Drive (L2D)
Tuesday, May 24 AND Thursday, May 26 : 6:00-800 p.m. (both days)
DPL is offering this Learn To Drive course that has been proven to greatly increase your chances of passing the Class 7 Learners License exam.  The program is designed for teens, new Canadians, seniors or anyone required to take the test.
Cost : $10.00 for materials.  Registration deadline : Friday, May 20.

The Hawaiian Treasures
Wednesday, June 8 : 2:30-4:00 p.m.
If you are a senior, come celebrate senior's week with us!  The 'Hawaiian Treasures' will serenade you with ukulele / steel guitar music while the Hula Honey's will perform their various hula moves to captivate you!  A fantastic afternoon to honor our Devon seniors.  Refreshments will be provided.  Co-sponsored by the Town of Devon.
