Everyone is welcome to join our workouts each Monday & Wednesday at 11:00 a.m.
Monday's : Come learn Zookinesis, a mild exercise designed to bring youthful vitality back to the body. This program works on all parts of the body, restoring muscle tone and strength, joint strength and flexibility as well as improved breathing and concentration.  
Wednesday's : Canadian Centre for Activity & Aging - a Home Support Exercise Program designed to enhance & maintain fitness, mobility & independence.

Heart of Wellness : Heart Healthy Living
Monday, February 27, 2012 : 9:30-11:30 a.m.
February is Heart month in Canada.  Find out how to lead a heart healthy life that includes activity, exercise, recreation, nutrition and stress reduction.  Learn some simple strategies to help cultivate greater peace of mind, deeper relaxation and a happier, hopeful life.  A short exercise session to music and relaxation time will follow.
