What do we all have with us but rarely think about - our breath! Improved breathing will not only help us feel better but will help decrease our stress and improve our energy levels.

Somatic Movements help us become more aware of our body, what we are feeling and what our body is asking for. Using this improved knowledge about ourselves, we will work on gentle flexibility, mobility, stability and strength. This “Sensory IQ” will help us listen to our body more keenly so that can safely and confidently exercise in ways that help us achieve results.  

Small balls will be provided or bring your own ball.
